Next Day Delivery is Available at checkout and all Orders for Next Day Delivery Must be in before 2pm.
We do our best to ensure the stock information display on our website is correct, so we can keep our delivery time scales accurate. In rare cases items with low stock can sometimes have unexpected delays. This can delay dispatch of your item as we will have to order it with the manufacturers. In these cases one of our dedicated team members will contact you to advise you of the options available to you. All delivery time scales will be as accurate as can be and will be emailed to the customer
International delivery can be any time between 3-14 days dependent on your local post. All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for and are fully insured once they leave our warehouse. If you need the item within 2 days we can offer a courier service via TNT or DHL. Please enquire via email for delivery prices in these cases.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item back. At which point, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-send the item or for you to cancel the order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 7 days. Under these circumstances we will offer you a free post label which is a fully insured service free of charge.
All deliveries are fully trackable and insured and in the unlikely event of your watch being lost in the post, we will immediately dispatch a replacement.
We offer you 7 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.If returned within 7 days you can receive a refund anything up to 28 days we can accept for an exchange. To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.). Please Contact us to be Generated a Returns Number and Full Return Address Details and what needs to come back with the item.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed. During busier times ie after Christmas, this may taker longer.
You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number as in the event it was to get lost we could not refund you.
All returns are inspected to ensure that the item has not been used, and are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You card is refunded to the full amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
